Welcome to Stackly, a mobile application operated by Arctic Lab (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Stackly app (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Stackly, consistent with the minimum age for poker in most jurisdictions.
• By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that using a poker-tracking app is lawful where you live.

2. Description of Service

Stackly is a private tracking tool for poker players. It lets you manage your bankroll, log cash game and tournament sessions, analyze your performance through statistics and charts, and save hands for later review.

Stackly is a manual tracking tool only. It does not facilitate real-money wagering, connect to your bank, casino, or poker-site accounts, or process any gambling transactions.

We may update, enhance, or modify features at any time to improve the service.

3. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
• You agree not to share your credentials or allow others to access your account without authorization.
• You are responsible for all actions that occur under your account.

4. User Content and Data

• You retain full ownership of the bankroll data, sessions, hand histories, notes, and other content you enter (“User Content”).
